Open Space is a modular venue with three 'studio' spaces that can be adapted to accommodate small to large gatherings.
4,100 sq. ft. of event space that is designed around a large main room—what we call Studio 3.
Studio 3 is 1,700 sq ft in total and leads out into an enclosed patio space. This main room is where most events take place such as theater productions, lectures, film screenings and parties. In addition to the main room, Studio 1 is a private sunlight workshop space that is often used for meetings, classes, rehearsals, green room space, and auxiliary space for large, full venue events.
Open Space has a spacious lobby that includes Studio 2, which is a flex space that can be partitioned into public or private space adding to the dynamism of the venue.
The capacity of the full venue is around 250-300 occupants, however each room has their own capacities. The format of your event will also determine your capacity.

STUDIO 1
Capacity: 12-15 people conference style, up to 40 classroom style
Studio 1 is a little over 600 sq.ft., has it's own entrance and has the option of being fully private from the rest of the venue. It is often used for meetings, workshops, as a green room for presentations or performances or as auxiliary space for larger events. It is equipped with audio visual presentation capabilities and it the best room for zoom meetings that require a camera.
STUDIO 2
Capacity: 10 people conference style, used primarily as add-on space
This smaller 400 sq.ft. space has beautiful light during the day provided by a glass garage door. It is enclosed by two large sliding barn doors that when opened make it a great addition to larger events, and when closed makes a great green room or an intimate setting for a smaller meeting or workshop gathering. This Studio is also equipped with audio visual presentation capabilities.
STUDIO 3
Capacity: 80 people at cabaret tables, 120 theater style seating, ~200+ Mingling
Studio 3 is the 1700 sq.ft. main event space at the venue. It is ADA accessible and equipped with a large projection system. It leads onto an enclosed patio space that has ample load in access. This room makes Open Space great for performance, film screenings, panel discussions, lectures, networking, markets, etc.
