Welcome, Central Oregon, to a New Brand of Stand-Up Comedy!
Comedy & A Cause & Open Space Event Studios have teamed up to bring Central Oregon a Comedy Series like no other: The Comedy & A Cause Comedy Competition, a year-round comedy series that has new up and coming comedians battling it out to be the 2022 Comedy & A Cause Stand Up Champion. With the help of an awesome new theme every single month AND a national touring headliner at every show, audiences are for sure in for a night PACKED with laughs and fun.
During this Comedy Night, not only are the comedians competing for Comedy Gold, Cash, & Bragging Rights, but the audience is to! The audience has a chance to win prizes and participate in the show! Seriously... Every audience member will be helping with the jokes, the winner, and will have a chance at winning cash and goodies themselves.
That's right, audience members will be welcomed and encouraged to partake in the themed festivities by dressing up along with our comics and staff. Not only that, you’ll also be the most crucial part of the show. You all will be picking the jokes and picking the 2 comedians who advance to the final round! From there, the judges will crown a winner based on all 3 rounds. While they decide on who they think won the competition, you all will be treated to our Featured Headliner of The Night!
This month our theme is Saint 'Pasi' Day, in honor of our featured headliner ADAM PASI. We will be dressing up in all of our favorite St. Paddy's day outfits. We will also be awarding prizes to the 2 best outfits, so come dressed in your greenest of green for a chance to win!
OUR FEATURED HEADLINER: ADAM PASI
Adam was the winner of the Portland's Funniest Person in 2019 and due to the pandemic cancelling last year's tournament he's been insisting that he's 2020's funniest as well (by default) He's silly, loud, is afraid of dolls and loves his mom.
