Open Space Event Studios is a new event venue serving a wide range of arts, business and cultural activities in Central Oregon. Some examples of events we already have scheduled include comedy shows, educational workshops, theater performances, conferences, film & photo shoots, Bingo!, dance parties, and private parties. We are looking to build a team of people that want to contribute to the growth of what will become one of the most dynamic venues in the region.


Operations Manager
Do you like people and action!?
This position offers a unique blend of physical, mental and social activity. As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Director to effectively put on live events and manage the multiple studios in use. It would be your responsibility to facilitate events and maintain the venue in working order. This position requires a versatile mindset and a range of ability including a willingness to learn, agile physical movement, an enjoyment of working with lots of different people, and a desire to grow in live event production and project management.

Creative Content Producer & Marketing Professional
Are you creative and sharp?
This position offers an opportunity to a writer, designer, and budding brand strategist to grow creatively with a business that is building a robust regional brand rooted in supporting communities, self expression, and urban development. You will work closely with the Director to effectively build a content platform that masterfully expresses our values and mission as well as highlights the communities that inhabit Open Space.
It would be your primary responsibility to bring our marketing strategy to life with language, design, and technical skill. In addition to the marketing of Open Space, we also produce a podcast called The Call to Create that would be incorporated into your role as well. Beyond creative output, we are seeking someone that is deadline oriented in order to maintain consistency and rhythm.
This position requires a versatile range of creative style and marketing acumen as well as a willingness to learn new technical skills, an enjoyment of working with lots of different people, and a desire to grow in the art of multimedia communications.


Executive Assistant Internship

This position offers an educational experience for anyone interested in business, live events, and project management. As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Director, and both the Operating and Marketing Managers to effectively learn how the entire business of Open Space works. It would be your responsibility to help facilitate events and to complete marketing and administrative tasks necessary to operations. This position requires a willingness to apply diverse abilities, both physical and mental.
