Open Space Event Studios is a contemporary, multi-modal rental event space serving arts, business and culture.
STUDIO 1
Studio 1 doubles as our day to day work and meeting space. It is often use by renters as a green room for presentations or performances or as a small meeting space.

STUDIO 2
This more intimate 350 sq. ft. space is adaptable for smaller groups. With lots of natural light, it is a bright place to meet, workshop and makes for a great setting for smaller film/photo productions. Equipped with contemporary audio visual capabilities it is also set up to provide a beautiful setting for client and team presentations.
STUDIO 3
Our large 1500 sq. ft. theatre room accommodates larger groups of people for performance and presentation. It comes equipped with an optional stage, lighting, audio equipment, chairs as well as a beverage and food serving area. It includes access to an enclosed patio.

Each studio has equipment to suit most AV needs. Mics and PA systems available.
TABLES & CHAIRS
A variety of cabaret, cocktail and presentation tables available with 120 chairs.
STAGE & LIGHTING
An 8 FT x 16 FT stage is available as well as a lighting system.
